Direction's services and software are supported by Direction's support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Business Day Services
All of Direction's services and support are available to clients during regular business hours of operation.
Emergency Services
Emergency service and support available during non-business hours is limited to E-business and Web Site Hosting.
*Note: 24 – Hour Emergency Response is only available with a Direction Service and Support Contract.
Hours of Operation
Direction's Hours of operation are 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday Eastern Standard Time, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
